Concert-reading “Ce monde évanoui de Charles Swann” on Saturday 3 October

On Saturday 3 October at 6pm, after the meeting with Laurent Mauvignier scheduled for 3pm, the Maison de Tante Léonie will host the concert-reading Ce monde évanoui de Charles Swann.
Devised by Jean-Yves Patte, the performance offers a musical evocation of Marcel Proust’s world and the Cercle de la rue Royale. It brings together Anne Trémolières, reader, and Antoine Mignon, pianist.
Texts by Marcel Proust, Robert de Montesquiou, Reynaldo Hahn, Sarah Bernhardt and Boni de Castellane, together with additional texts by Jean-Yves Patte, will enter into dialogue with works by Louis-Adrien Boieldieu, Mozart, Alexandre Croisez, Chopin, Liszt and Wagner, Edmond de Polignac, Debussy and Reynaldo Hahn.
