Presentation of the Loto du Patrimoine Support Cheque - Visit of the President of the Republic

On Wednesday 15 September, a symbolic cheque for 400,000 euros was presented to the Association, corresponding to the support given by the Loto du Patrimoine to the renovation of the Maison de Tante Léonie, works overseen by the Conseil départemental d'Eure-et-Loir.

The cheque was presented in the presence of Mme Roselyne Bachelot, Minister of Culture, M. Christophe Le Dorven, President of the Conseil départemental d'Eure-et-Loir, M. Stéphane Bern, Mme Célia Vérot, Director General of the Fondation du patrimoine, Mme Stéphane Pallez, Chairwoman and Chief Executive of La Française des jeux, and M. Jérôme Bastianelli, President of the Société des Amis de Marcel Proust.

The house-museum will close on 28 November for around 16 months.
