III. End of the loan from the Musée Gustave Moreau

The Musée Gustave Moreau lent us, for a period of one year, a copy of a Carpaccio by the symbolist painter.
This loan comes to an end on 17 February, so you have a few more days, a few more weekends, to admire it at the Maison de Tante Léonie. The work is currently displayed alongside another copy of a Carpaccio, by an anonymous painter, acquired last year by the association, to illustrate the interest that Proust took in the Venetian master.

We warmly thank the Musée Gustave Moreau for its trust.

As usual, you will find further information in the previous letter (1 January), some of which is still relevant.

Yours faithfully,

Jérôme Bastianelli
